In the 1990s the space gained fame as the seafood palace Striped Bass, which Starr later ran; in 2008 he transformed it into this steakhouse homage to the golden age. The bones remained grand \u2014 a twenty-eight-foot ceiling, parquet floors \u2014 and the crystal chandeliers came from Miami&#8217;s storied Fontainebleau hotel.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_to_Order\"><\/span>What to Order<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>The menu is a steak-and-chops classic played straight: dry-aged cuts with proper crust, traditional sides and seafood that honors the room&#8217;s Striped Bass past.
